Gerry has taught vocal performance at The New School and at the Helen Baldassare Cabaret Performance Workshop and conducts regular workshops in London and in Long Island (one of which is a much easier commute). As a columnist and critic, he has been featured in several national magazines and covered the cabaret and club scene in New York for over two decades. As a lyricist he has worked with composers Anthony Gaglione and Michael King and is currently working with the YouTube sensation, Perpetuum Jazzile and writer/ performer Scott Evan Davis. Gerry is also at work on his first novel, which has nothing whatever to do with directing or performing.
