Reprise Room Debut to Benefit AIDS Research

Jan Constantine and Sue Elicks will bring back their acclaimed show, Alone Together, for one special night at The Reprise Room on West 54th Strees The show may be called “Alone Together” but for this evening Jan & Sue have taken a cue from Stephen Sondheim’s “No One Is Alone” and will donate the proceeds to benefit ACRIA (AIDS Community Research Initiative of America). Mark Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 7:00 PM on your calendars for a night of great music, laughs and surprises.

This marks Jan and Sue’s fourth (count ‘em 4!) collaboration, and again they are working with musical director Rick Hip-Flores and award-winning director Gerry Geddes. As an added treat, this time around, they will be joined by bassist Debbie Kennedy. As always, the material will offer a mix of  known and unknown, of romantic and comedic, of solos and duets. It's cabaret as it was meant to be, with inventive medleys, sparkling wit, and delightful harmonies.

For this engagement there will be no cover charge but a suggested donation of $20 will be collected at the door. So join the ladies and bring in the new year with a fun evening for a great cause. reservations are recommended. Jan and Sue's last show was sold out.
