Cabaret Performance Workshop

Cindy Karp takes us back to the 1960s with her new show Always Something There... The Music of Burt Bacharach, featuring the lyrics of Hal David, Carole Bayer Sager and Elvis Costello. Opening at Don't Tell Mama on May 8th, the show is directed by Gerry Geddes, who has proved himself a master of the retrospective.

Appearing with Cindy are Guest Vocalist Anthony Gaglione, John Loehrke (Bass), Sal Spicola (Alto Saxophone), and Musical Director Gerry Dieffenbach.

Nicci Nicholas

Nicci Nicholas will return to Judy's Chelsea in May. Both of her shows in November were sold out, so make your plans early and call for reservations. Click here to view her show announcement and to read her biography.

Linn Maxwell

Mezzo soprano Linn Maxwell crosses over to the world of cabaret in her show Uptown Downtown. Linn has enjoyed a long and successful career in classical music and opera, having performed at a little-know local spot, Carnegie Hall. Now she's ready for the big time, and you can find her at The Skylight Room at Danny's Grand Sea Palace this June.

Welcome to The Cabaret, Linn.

Nancy Sterns

Nancy Stearns made a strong solo cabaret debut at Don't Tell Mama in February. She shared the stage with her Musical Director Gregory Toroian, and the show was directed by Helen Baldassare.
